Privacy policy

Plain language, no surprises. This is what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

The Coral Flow is a digital marketing and web development studio based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. For anything about your data, email info@thecoralflow.com or call +91 70924 16850.

What we collect

  • Enquiries: the name, email, phone number, company, website and project details you type into our contact form or send by email or WhatsApp.
  • Job applications: your contact details, the CV file you upload, portfolio links, experience and anything else you choose to share. CVs are delivered to our hiring inbox and kept in our private, password-protected admin system.
  • Basic technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
  • Usage analytics: we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages are visited, roughly from which city or country, and on which device and browser. It does not tell us who you are.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, review your application, or keep the website secure. We keep enquiries and applications for up to 24 months, then delete them unless we are working together.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the site, deliver email and measure site usage, such as our hosting and email providers and Google Analytics, which process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws where you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email info@thecoralflow.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

The site remembers your light or dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga) to count visits and measure how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
